Due to excessive refunding, I’ve decided to close the shop temporarily! I don’t get it, there are still customers who just don’t know how to read or don’t have any clue what a shopping cart is all about! Maybe it’s also about the cart’s fault but there are good customers who have their orders reflected in our system but the majority of ‘metalheads’ just send us the payment and yet no titles appearing (the what-to-do shit is clearly stated in the ‘payment method’ section) to be tracked! I’m not Nostradamus to keep guessing what are the orders made!!
Now I simply loose interest on refunding people so it’s better to shut it for now - you lucky sons of bitches I didn’t rip your money off but refund it back to you (at my own fee). Receiving a couple hundred euros sent as payment with no titles to track and then refunding it in the end is fucking stupid! I’ve emailed these folks about what they’ve ordered and no reply in there - maybe it’s all about being grim once again! Now I am talking to the so-called ‘webmaster’ to get this shit fixed, don’t know when will that be! I’m not even talking about refunding people who buy out-of-stock items when the shop already and clearly indicates it!
